Q: HOW SOON CAN WE START?
A: The first step is to call for a free assessment. We will be able to estimate the amount of time the set-up will take after seeing the home. We will then schedule a sale date that is convenient for you. The sale could happen very quickly or any time within the year.
Q: DO YOU DISCOUNT MERCHANDISE PRICES DURING THE SALE?
A: This is optional. We do find that the most successful sales are by far, the ones that are willing to discount. The final proceeds are often significantly greater. Typically, homeowners select only a few items that they would like to exclude from any type of discounting.
Q: DO YOU SELL CARS, APPLIANCES, LIGHT FIXTURES, SHEDS, ROCKS ON THE LAWN?
A. If you own it, and there are no other considerations or legalities preventing us from selling, then yes, we can sell it.
Q: I LIVE OUT OF STATE OR I WORK FULL TIME AND CANNOT BE PRESENT TO LET YOU IN THE HOUSE. HOW IS THAT HANDLED?
A: The majority of homeowners are not with us during set-up or the sale. During the assessment, we will offer some suggestions as to how this can be arranged. We have many effective methods that can be implemented to ensure a safe, efficient, successful sale that you are comfortable with.
